BookSaudia -  Terms and Condition of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a BookSaudia account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not register or use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
• You agree to provide accurate passenger and trip details for every reservation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time. The applicable deadlines and refund percentages are as follows:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: 100% refund.
• Between 3 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 hours before pickup: no refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our systems, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Abusive behavior towards drivers, support agents, or other passengers is grounds for permanent suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookSaudia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking, giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

BookSaudia - Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed).
• Booking data: trip details, pickup and drop-off zones, payment metadata.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, push tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the service, process bookings, communicate with you about your trips, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve our products.

3. Sharing of Information

We share the minimum data necessary with:

• Assigned drivers (your name, phone number, and pickup location).
• Payment processors to complete transactions.
• Government authorities where required by Saudi law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and restricted internal access. We encourage strong, unique passwords.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time from your account settings.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your booking session. Optional analytics and marketing cookies help us improve the service and personalize relevant offers. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences .

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal and tax obligations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
